Hip Pain Treatment Cape Town
Hip pain covers the front of the hip and groin, the side of the hip and the buttock. Each has different common causes, so the assessment starts with where it hurts and what loads it.
Most hip problems in active people respond to targeted strength work and smart changes to training.

Common causes
How did it start?
Hip impingement (FAI)
A pinching pain at the front of the hip in deep squats or high knees. Many people have the bone shape without pain, so management focuses on load, position and strength.
